Reger Holdings, LLC acquires five industrial buildings totaling 349,000 square feet

Reger Holdings, LLC completed a $8.6 million purchase of five industrial buildings
totaling 349,000 square feet. Chuck Salley, SIOR and Dave Mathews, both of Colliers
International, represented Reger Holdings. Properties purchased include:
• 1001, 1005 and 1025 Technology Court in the CAE Enterprise Park in Lexington
County, South Carolina (139,300 square feet)
• 103 Lachicotte Road in Kershaw County, South Carolina (122,823 square feet)
• 7421 E. Spartan in Charleston County, South Carolina (86,613 square feet)
“We are very happy with our acquisitions to date and see excellent growth in the
South Carolina market. We are already working on our next round of acquisitions
and look forward to increasing our industrial portfolio in this area" said Gordon
Reger, owner of Reger Holdings LLC.
Prior to purchase, Reger Holdings had an investment portfolio of 361,000 square
feet of industrial facilities located in Lexington, Fairfield and Richland Counties.
With the addition of these five properties, Reger Holding’s portfolio increases
to nine buildings totaling 710,000 square feet in five counties.
